Position Overview 
The Senior Media Executive will lead the development and execution of advanced digital & online media strategies to enhance the company's online presence, drive engagement, and achieve marketing goals. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in digital media, who is ready to take on more responsibility, manage projects, and contribute to strategic planning. 
  
  
Key Responsibilities:  
Campaign Execution: 
  • Assist in the creation and execution of media plans, including the scheduling and placement of ads across various channels. 
  • Coordinate with media vendors and ensure timely delivery of media assets and placements. 
  • Monitor and manage media campaigns to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets. 
Media Buying and Negotiation: 
  • Support the negotiation of media rates and placements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the agency or client. 
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors and assist in sourcing new opportunities and securing media buys. 
Data Management and Analysis: 
  • Collect and analyze media performance data, providing insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. 
  • Prepare regular reports on media activities, including budget tracking, performance metrics, and campaign results. 
Client and Stakeholder Communication: 
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding media planning and execution. 
  • Prepare and present media proposals, plans, and performance reports to clients and stakeholders. 
Administrative Support: 
  • Manage media schedules, trafficking of ads, and ensure all media materials are delivered accurately and on time. 
  • Maintain records of media contracts, invoices, and other relevant documentation. 
Market Research: 
  • Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, audience insights, and competitive landscape. 
  • Support the development of audience profiles and target market segments based on research findings. 
Campaign Optimization: 
  • Monitor ongoing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance and achieve campaign goals. 
  • Identify and implement best practices for media planning and execution. 
Industry Trends: 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices. 
  • Share knowledge and insights with the team to support innovative media solutions and strategies. 
  
Key Skills responsibilities 
  • Experience of minimum 2 years, ideally in Media Planning, or in Advertising or Media vendors or content (Twitter, Snapchat, Shahid, DMS, Ad stream, Spotify etc..). 
  • Experience or good knowledge of GCC and/or North African markets. 
  • Holder of a bachelor's degree in marketing or advertising or media or journalism from a reputable University. 
  • Preferred languages: English – Arabic is a must. 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills to work closely with and build relationships with brand managers, creative producers, and media stakeholders. 
  • Detail oriented and proficient at managing projects, organizing, prioritizing and structuring workload. 
  • Strong drive for continuous learning and research on the subject matter for personal development.
